You earn XP for every workout you log, with bonus XP for hitting streaks, completing goals, and trying new workout types. As you accumulate XP, you level up. Milestones and special badges are awarded for achievements like 7-day streaks, 30-day streaks, 100 workouts, and more.

On Free and Pro, your ring always shows your rank color (Rookie green, Pro red, Champion gold, Veteran blue, Legend purple).
